VINGKARN guarantees product quality.
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects (such as stitching issues, printing errors, or fabric damage), you may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

We understand that choosing the right size online can be challenging.
Customers may request a size exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
 • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
 • All original tags and packaging remain intact
 • The requested size is subject to stock availability

Shipping costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
